Kelly Muccio
Kelly Muccio is a Senior Administrative Associate at the Learning Policy Institute. She drives administrative strategy across the organization, partnering with senior leaders to streamline operations, strengthen cross-team systems, and keep research, policy, and operations work moving efficiently.
With over two decades of experience in executive support and business operations, Muccio is a results-driven systems thinker known for turning complex, multi-stakeholder priorities into streamlined processes and measurable gains. Her expertise spans workflow design, high-stakes meeting coordination, and FinOps and cross-departmental initiatives that strengthen organizational efficiency. She is recognized for her strategic mindset and her ability to build stakeholder relationships that keep teams aligned and moving forward.
At LPI, she supports senior leaders across operations, research, policy, and programs, driving process improvements and stakeholder engagement in alignment with LPI's mission and values to advance equity and impact for children across the country. She holds a BA in Economics, with a minor in Spanish and Latin American Studies, from The College of William & Mary, and completed advanced Spanish language and conversation coursework at the University of Valencia, Spain.
