Siobhan Flynn is the Senior Grants and Contracts Manager at the Learning Policy Institute. In this role, she oversees all phases of grant management and contract administration, and builds the workflows, processes, and systems that streamline grant operations across finance, administration, and research.

Flynn brings over 25 years of nonprofit experience to this role with expertise in accounting, systems building and integration, workflow development, office management, editing, and teaching. Prior to joining LPI, she worked at Berkeley Geochronology Center, a scientific research center in Berkeley, CA. She has taught English at California State University, Los Angeles; Santa Monica Community College; and Glendale Community College and was a frequent editor of engineering, scientific, and project management documents for NASA.

Flynn holds an MA in English Literature from California State University, Los Angeles and a BA in English from Oberlin College.
