ONLINE COURSES

Authentic Learning Deep Dive

Learner-Centered Collaborative offers a self-paced online course in which educators design learning experiences rooted in real-world issues and community connection, with dedicated modules on anchoring lessons in authentic problems; fostering student collaboration; and designing for learning beyond classroom walls, with attention to student–community collaboration and connecting learning to individual student identities and goals.

Purposeful Pathways: From Vision to Action Learning Journey

StriveTogether offers a free, self-paced 90-minute learning opportunity—organized around the Commission on Purposeful Pathways’ A Launchpad for Life report and its three companion action guides. Designed for intermediaries, educators, employers, and cross-sector partners who want to move from understanding the vision for purposeful pathways to putting it into practice in their communities, the course also includes modules covering high-impact practices, enabling conditions, and a measurement framework for tracking progress over time.


PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Envision Learning Partners New Services

Envision Learning Partners is offering three new services for the 2026–27 school year to help district and school partners design learning experiences that are both academically rigorous and authentically connected to students’ lives. Offerings include curriculum adaptation support that infuses adopted instructional materials with High-Quality Performance Assessment principles, and systems-change coaching for leaders building the conditions that authentic, learner-centered education requires.

July 13–15, 2026, Kingston, NY | Ulster BOCES, Deeper Learning Global, and New Tech Network are hosting a 3-day regional conference, which includes a pre-conference strand for district and system leaders on implementing NY Inspires, New York's statewide initiative to advance deeper, student-centered learning.

September 27–29, 2026 | Scaling Student Success is hosting a 2-day summit focused on advancing Portrait of a Learner initiatives through co-designed strategies that elevate student voice and agency. This event will feature keynotes, workshops, and networking opportunities to develop actionable approaches for implementing student-centered learning and authentic assessment practices.

October 21–23, 2026, Palm Springs, CA | The Linked Learning Alliance’s annual conference marks 20 years of building career-connected, college-bound pathways for California students, convening educators, policymakers, and community partners for hands-on workshops, cross-sector networking, and a celebration of pathways achieving new levels of Linked Learning certification.

Curated Visits to High Tech High

Weekly visits; San Diego, CA | Educators are invited to explore High Tech High K–12 campuses through site visits featuring student-led tours, discussions with educators, and immersive learning experiences.
