The State Performance Assessment Learning Community (SPA-LC) is a national effort that supports states seeking to enact performance-based systems of assessment at scale. SPA-LC provides states with technical and strategic guidance; tools and resources; and collaborative opportunities to develop policies, capacity, and infrastructure to support more meaningful assessment systems. SPA-LC is committed to ensuring all students, teachers, families, and leaders have access to the assessment data they need to support each student in learning and growing.
