Kimberlee Ralph
Kimberlee Ralph is a Research and Policy Associate at the Learning Policy Institute. Her research aims to address teacher retention at the state and federal levels through qualitative policy implementation analysis, with a lens for racial and wealth equity.
Prior to joining LPI, Ralph worked as an analyst in the office of a state legislator and as a graduate research assistant. Before transitioning to policy, she was a public school literacy teacher and coach for nearly a decade, serving communities in Texas and Colorado.
Ralph holds an MEd in Education Leadership and Policy from the University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Education from Southwestern University.
