Rachel Valencia serves as the Finance and Operations Analyst and IT Administrator at the Learning Policy Institute. Prior to joining LPI, she gained her professional experience in the biotechnology and hospitality sectors.

Valencia holds a B.S. in Business Management from Menlo College and an M.B.A. from St. Mary’s College of California.
