Siobhan Flynn is the Grants and Contracts Manager for the Finance and Operations team at the Learning Policy Institute. 

Flynn brings more than 15 years of administrative and bookkeeping experience to her position, including work at the nonprofit Berkeley Geochronology Center, a scientific research center in Berkeley, CA. She also has provided English instruction and college counseling to high school students as a private tutor and at the IvyMax Academy. She has taught English at California State University, Los Angeles; Santa Monica Community College; and Glendale Community College and is a frequent editor of engineering, scientific, and project management documents for NASA. 

Flynn received an MA in English Literature from California State University, Los Angeles and a BA in English from Oberlin College.
