Terry Godfrey serves as LPI’s Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.

Godfrey brings to LPI more than 25 years of experience in consulting, finance, human resources, and venture capital with Xerox, Intel, Stanford, and the Immigrant Legal Resource Center. She also brings years of advocacy on behalf of youth and students. She was a founding member of a local collaborative focusing on youth social/emotional well-being, served on the Palo Alto Unified School District Governing Board, chairs UC Irvine's Undergraduate Success Advisory Committee focusing on under-resourced and first-generation students, and is a Trustee of the UC Irvine Foundation.

Godfrey holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
