Terry Godfrey serves as LPI’s Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.

Godfrey brings to LPI more than 30 years of experience in consulting, finance, human resources, and venture capital with Xerox, Intel, Stanford, and the Immigrant Legal Resource Center. She also brings years of advocacy on behalf of students and schools. She was a founding member of a local collaborative focusing on youth social and emotional well-being and served on the Palo Alto Unified School District Governing Board. She is a Governing Board Member of the Foothill-De Anza Community College District, chairs UC Irvine's Undergraduate Success Advisory Committee focusing on under-resourced and first-generation students, serves on the UC Irvine Dean of Physical Sciences Executive Cabinet, and is a Trustee of the UC Irvine Foundation.

Godfrey holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
